Expo USA is pleased to announce the availability of meeting rooms for exhibitor use only at the City Star InterContinental Convention Center – Cairo, Egypt during the four-day trade show and conference. These rooms provide an excellent venue for executive gatherings, press conferences, sales meetings, hospitality lounge or a special event of your choice.

Sponsorship Rules and Regulations
1. Sponsor of any sponsorship has first right of refusal to sponsor the same opportunity for the current year. If the opportunity is not committed to by July 5, 2011, then said opportunity becomes available to all current exhibitors and/or publications on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. Any plans for all activities that attempt to access Expo USA 2011 attendees on-site at City Star InterContinental convention center – including all entrances to building, registration lobby area, escalators, hallways, and all public areas are not a part of exhibitor’s purchased Booth space – must be submitted in writing to and approved by Expo USA in advance of the event. Access fees may apply. Examples include but are not limited to: handing out flyers, coupons, giveaway items, etc.
3. All access to Expo USA attendees & exhibitors at the official hotel's properties must be submitted in writing to and approved by Expo USA in advance of the event. Access fees may apply. Examples include but are not limited to: publication drops at hotel doors, any items for in-room, doorknob or under door distribution, flyers, giveaways, public space banners, signage, meeting room usage, etc.
4. Penalties for violation of the above sponsorship program rules and regulations will result in the following:
A. If activity is identified and not stopped immediately, exhibitor will forfeit all acquired priority points for current year and risks not being allowed to participate in Expo USA in future years.
B. If same exhibitor has a similar violation for a following second year, and again does not stop activity immediately, exhibitor will not be allowed to participate in Expo USA in future years.
c. Additional terms & conditions on the sponsorship contract apply to all sponsorships. All penalties herein are separate from, and could be in addition to, any penalties incurred by exhibitor as a result of Booth Design Rules and Regulations Violations.
5. Payment of sponsorship program must be paid in full by due dates specified prior to booth set-up or exhibitor will not be allowed to complete the installation of their booth space.
